Donnelly Gets a Bayh

Former U.S. Senator Evan Bayh says moderate and independent voting Hoosiers will support Joe Donnelly this election season because of his willingness to work across party lines.

Bayh is campaigning today and tomorrow with Donnelly across Indiana. He says Donnelly is a fiscal conservative and believes in bi-partisan solutions to the nation’s problems.

And while he has donated to Donnelly’s campaign, Bayh did not say whether he would do a repeat of 2010 where his political action committee gave $1 million to then candidate Brad Ellsworth.
