Will Lugar Campaign for Mourdock?

Indy Politics caught up with outgoing Republican U.S. Senator Richard Lugar to get caught up on a number of issues: the Middle East turmoil, the fiscal cliff, and whether he plans to help Richard Mourdock win over those “Lugar Republicans”; especially since every poll taken in the race shows it is tied with Democrat Joe Donnelly.
