Roll Call Labels Indiana U.S. Senate Race a Toss-Up

The Capitol Hill newspaper Roll Call has moved the race for the U.S. Senate in Indiana from “leans Republican” to “toss-up” based on the recent Howey/DePauw poll showing the race a statistical tie.
