Constitutional Law 101

With the nation recently marking the birth of the U.S. Constitution and the national elections a little more than a month away Indy Politics thought this would be the perfect time to have a conversation about the document and what it means.
We spoke with IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law professor Gerard Magliocca about not so much as to what the Constitution means but why we as a nation can have such a hard time trying to figure out what it means and whether the document written more than 220 years ago in Colonial America can still apply to today’s modern society.
