Court overturns Rockport gas deal; state says problem can be fixed

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Court of Appeals dealt a setback Tuesday to a Southern Indiana energy project backed by Gov. Mitch Daniels’ administration and opposed by one of the state’s largest utilities.
