First Order of Business; No New Regulations

Lt. Governor-elect Sue Ellspermann says the first order of business in the Pence administration is a moratorium on new business regulations.
Mike Pence and Ellspermann will be officially sworn in on Monday. Ellspermann tells Indy Politics that Governor Pence will then sign an executive order placing a halt to all new business regulations and a review of existing ones.
During the campaign Pence promised to improve the state’s business climate by reducing the regulatory burden.
Ellspermann also discusses the chances for Pence’s 10-percent tax cut with a skeptical General Assembly, as well the possibility that it will be phased in over time. She also talks about education reform and closing the skills gap.
The interview runs about 9 minutes.
